Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Installation Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment, systems, and devices at client locations. The candidate should be technically sound, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as with a team.
Responsibilities:
- Install equipment, machinery, devices, or systems as per company standards and client requirements.
- Inspect installation sites and prepare for setup work.
- Test installed equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair work when required.
- Provide basic training or guidance to clients on equipment usage.
- Maintain records of installation, service reports, and customer feedback.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines during work.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth project completion.
- Travel to customer locations for installation and service work.
Requirements:
- Diploma, ITI, or technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Previous experience in installation, maintenance, or technical support is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of tools, wiring, equipment handling, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and field work.
- Physical ability to lift equipment and work on-site when required.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
