Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager / Unicommerce Operator to manage day-to-daywarehouse operations, inventory, order processing, dispatch, and team coordination. The ideal candidateshould have strong MS Excel skills, hands-on experience with Unicommerce, and good knowledge of e-commerce warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inward, outward, storage, anddispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock reconciliation, and stock accuracy.
- Operate Unicommerce for order processing, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Manage and monitor orders received through Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Ensure timely order processing, packing, and dispatch.
- Identify and resolve stock mismatches, shortages, and excess inventory.
- Prepare daily and weekly inventory, order, and warehouse MIS reports.
- Manage warehouse staff, allocate daily tasks, and monitor team productivity.
- Ensure proper warehouse organization, cleanliness, and process discipline.
- Coordinate with e-commerce, logistics, and other internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Ensure operational efficiency and timely completion of daily activities.
Required Skills:-
- Strong knowledge ofwarehouse and inventory management.
- Excellent MS Excel skills– formulas, sorting, filtering, data management, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Unicommerce is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Strong stock tracking, reconciliation, and numerical skills.
- Good team management and coordination abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
2–5 years of experience in Warehouse Management, E-commerce Operations, Inventory Management, or Unicommerce Operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
