Job Purpose
To manage end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, performance management, training, and administration to support efficient workforce management and organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (60%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from contract labour to leadership positions.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads.
- Source candidates, screen resumes, conduct telephonic and face-to-face HR interviews.
- Schedule interview rounds and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Handle offer management, pre-joining follow-up, onboarding, and induction.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database, and hiring MIS.
2. HR Operations, PMS & Training (20%)
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Support payroll processing and HR documentation.
- Coordinate KPI/KRA, appraisal cycles, and performance records.
- Plan and coordinate induction, training, and employee development programs.
3. Administration & Facility Management (20%)
- Oversee housekeeping, pantry, stationery, office assets, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate security, vendors, AMCs, and office administration.
- Support employee engagement activities and administrative operations.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
