We are looking for an experienced R&D Executive with hands-on experience in Depilatory, Personal Care, Hair Colour, and Skin Care product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve cosmetic formulations for depilatory, hair colour, skin care, and personal care products.
- Conduct stability studies, product evaluations, and quality testing.
- Develop new products and optimize existing formulations.
- Prepare formulation records, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Packaging, and Regulatory teams.
- Source and evaluate new raw materials and ingredients.
- Support product scale-up and technology transfer to production.
- Ensure compliance with cosmetic regulations and quality standards.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry/Cosmetic Science) or B.Pharm./M.Pharm.
- 2–6 years of experience in cosmetic R&D.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation techniques, and stability testing.
- Experience in depilatory creams, hair colours, skin care, and personal care products will be preferred.
