Role: Call Center Operations – Executive
Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for handling citizen/customer support activities through calls and maintaining proper coordination with internal teams for issue resolution.
Eligibility:
- Freshers only
- Any Degree graduates can apply
- B.Tech / B.E candidates are not eligible
- Kannada and English proficiency are mandatory
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is required
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Register complaints, queries, and service requests in the system
- Provide accurate information and support to callers
- Maintain call records and daily reports
- Coordinate with concerned departments for issue closure
- Follow up on pending complaints and requests
- Ensure proper communication in Kannada
- Perform basic data entry and documentation work
- Work effectively in a team environment
