About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Professional for an IT service-based company in Gurgaon. The candidate should have strong experience in offline marketing, LinkedIn marketing, branding activities, and event management. Excellent English communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
The ideal candidate should be confident in representing the company at industry events, creating marketing content using Canva, and generating brand visibility through online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns and linekedin marketing for IT services
- Handle LinkedIn marketing activities including company branding, lead engagement, and content posting
- Design marketing creatives, presentations, brochures, and social media posts using Canva
- Coordinate and attend exhibitions, networking events, conferences, and promotional activities
- Promote company services through B2B marketing initiatives
- Create engaging marketing content and coordinate with sales teams for lead generation support
- Manage vendor coordination for events, branding materials, and promotional campaigns
- Support employer branding and corporate communication activities
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports/MIS
- Maintain strong communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Hands-on experience in Canva for marketing creatives and presentations
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and branding
- Experience in offline/BTL marketing and event coordination
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple marketing activities independently
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts preferred
Candidate Profile
- Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
- 3–8 years of marketing experience in IT services, technology, software, or B2B industry preferred
- Confident personality with professional communication skills
- Experience attending corporate events, exhibitions, and networking meets
- Creative mindset with branding and promotional skills
Preferred Background
Candidates from IT services, software solutions, SaaS, digital transformation, or technology consulting companies will be preferred.
