Role Purpose
To enhance customer experience and drive sales by providing styling support, maintaining store standards, and promoting Pantaloons’ fashion offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with outfit selection and styling advice
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Promote offers, new collections, and loyalty programs
- Maintain visual merchandising as per brand guidelines
- Ensure proper stock display and store upkeep
- Stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge
