Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled CO₂ Welder with a minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG/CO₂ welding. The candidate should be capable of reading engineering drawings, performing high-quality welds, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CO₂ (MIG) welding on MS/SS components as per engineering drawings.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
- Set up and operate welding machines and related equipment.
- Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Carry out grinding, finishing, and minor rework when required.
- Follow safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and welding equipment.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in CO₂/MIG welding.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Good knowledge of welding techniques and safety practices.
- Experience in fabrication or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Basic understanding of quality inspection.
Qualification
- ITI Welder or equivalent technical qualification.
