About the Role
Fly My Cart is looking for an energetic, smart and self-motivated Operations Executive to manage daily office operations, customer support, business development and HR coordination.
Freshers with a strong learning attitude are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Assist customers with domestic and international courier bookings.
- Prepare quotations for domestic and international shipments.
- Follow up with customers and generate new business.
- Coordinate with courier partners and track shipments.
- Generate invoices, airway bills and shipping labels.
- Handle WhatsApp, emails and CRM.
- Maintain customer records and daily reports.
- Coordinate interview schedules and employee onboarding when required.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Who Can Apply?
- Freshers or candidates with 0-5 years of experience.
- Any Graduate or Diploma.
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email and Internet).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to multitask.
- Experience in courier, logistics, customer support, HR, administration or business development is an added advantage but not mandatory.
