We are looking for an experienced Chip Level CCTV, Point of Sale and Biometric Devices Engineer to join our team in Lana Technologies, Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of specifically at the chip level, and be able to diagnose and repair complex issues with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair chip-level faults in CCTV, POS, and Biometric Devices.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting to identify hardware issues down to the component level.
- Replace or repair damaged chips, components, and motherboards using specialized tools and techniques.
- Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades of computer hardware to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and services performed.
- Collaborate with other technicians to solve complex technical problems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service within the promised timelines.
- Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuit boards, and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to solder and de-solder components with high precision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in chip level servicing.
