Your Key Responsibilities
- Greet and guide parents with warmth and clarity
- Explain our programs, curriculum, and school philosophy
- Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and follow-ups
- Conduct engaging school tours for parents
- Maintain enquiry records and drive admission conversions
- Coordinate with academic/admin teams for smooth onboarding
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication (English + Tamil preferred)
- Friendly, confident, and good with people
- Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp, and basic computer skills
- Experience in admissions/customer service is a plus
- High ownership and a positive attitude
