offers a suite of pre-tested and validated portfolios from
some of the most trusted and renowned global investment
managers. The service allows for a plug-and-play capability
for banks and financial institutions to leverage the most
effective strategies that address the varied investment
needs of their client groups.

Review requirements, specifications and technical design
documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback

Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test
plans and test cases

Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
-
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open
source tools
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs

Perform thorough performance testing and Functional
testing.

Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing
products to meet client needs

Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product
managers) to identify system requirements
- Monitor debugging process results

Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train
users to implement solutions

Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and
open defect counts

Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
-
3+years of Proven work experience in RSpec (ROR), Selenium
and Appium, BDD Framework(TestNG, Cucumber), Ruby, Python or
Java (as Scripting Language), Postman tool.

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and
processes

Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test
plans and test cases

Hands-on experience with both white box and black box
testing
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

Experience with performance and/or security testing is a
plus Work with development teams across product verticals to
own the rollout of a performance testing framework by using
appropriate tools (JMeter or otherwise) for an AWS based
environment where the products are developed in Ruby and
Ruby on Rails

Train members of the QA team at WeInvest to enable
performance testing on an ongoing basis
- Automate reporting of test results

Collaborate with Infrastructure team to ensure that the
appropriate perf test environment is provisioned

BE/BS/MS degree or equivalent degree in Computer Science,
Engineering or a related subject
