Role Overview:
The Counsellor / ECI Therapist will provide professional mental health support primarily for counselling and ECI cases requiring Malayalam language proficiency. Based in Bangalore, the therapist will support employees through 1-on-1 counselling sessions, online webinars, onsite workshops, and wellbeing initiatives. The role may also involve participation in onsite wellbeing walk-ins and group facilitation sessions across the Bangalore (BLR) region as needed.
Key Responsibilities:1. Counselling & ECI Support
- Provide 1-on-1 counselling sessions (online and onsite) for employees and dependents.
- Handle ECI (Employee Counselling Intervention) cases, especially those requiring Malayalam-speaking support.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical counselling standards at all times.
- Prepare case notes, session summaries, and reports as required.
2. Webinars (Online)
- Design and deliver online wellbeing webinars on topics such as stress management, emotional wellbeing, work-life balance, resilience, and mental health awareness.
- Customize webinar content based on organizational needs and audience demographics.
- Engage participants through interactive formats such as Q&A and discussions.
3. Workshops (Onsite)
- Conduct onsite workshops in the Bangalore region focusing on mental health, emotional intelligence, and wellbeing.
- Facilitate group discussions and experiential activities.
- Support onsite wellbeing walk-ins and mental health camps as part of organizational programs.
4. Group Facilitation
- Facilitate group counselling sessions and wellbeing discussions.
- Support organizational wellbeing initiatives through structured group interventions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for planning and execution of wellbeing programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Clinical Psychology or equivalent.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English (mandatory).
- Relevant certification or registration (RCI / equivalent preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Experience in delivering webinars, workshops, and group sessions.
- Strong communication, empathy, and facilitation skills.
Remuneration - For 1-1 Counselling - 500/- per session (45-60min)Online webinars (Group session) - 1000/- per session (60 min)On site workshops- 3000/- (travel reimbursement above 40Kms)
Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour
