Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Founder will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating all activities related to the Founder’s trust, philanthropic initiatives, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs. This position involves a blend of strategic coordination, operational execution, and administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of trust operations and social impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Founder Support & Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders for trust and CSR matters.
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel related to trust and CSR events.
- Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and reports to keep the Founder updated on project progress.
2. Trust Management & Governance
- Coordinate trust board meetings, maintain minutes, and ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, legal advisors, and other consultants to ensure timely filings and regulatory adherence.
- Maintain trust-related documentation, including MoUs, grant agreements, and beneficiary records.
3. CSR Project Planning & Execution
- Assist in identifying, evaluating, and selecting CSR projects in alignment with the organization’s CSR strategy.
- Track CSR budgets, disbursements, and impact metrics.
- Coordinate with NGOs, implementation partners, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Communication & Reporting
- Prepare CSR impact reports, trust newsletters, and other communication materials for stakeholders.
- Represent the trust in meetings, community events, and donor interactions, when required.
- Email communication and support
- Maintain a repository of success stories, case studies, and impact assessments.
5. Research & Strategic Input
- Conduct research on emerging social issues, CSR trends, and relevant government policies.
- Provide recommendations to the Founder for new initiatives or partnerships that align with the trust’s mission.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 4-8 years of experience in EA roles, CSR management, NGO operations, or trust administration.
- Knowledge of CSR laws (Companies Act Section 135) and trust compliance requirements.
- Experience working with NGOs, foundations, or corporate CSR teams will be an advantage.
