Keroli Healthcare is hiring an experienced Pharma Field Sales Trainer / Ex-ASM / Senior Pharma Sales Manager to train, groom, and evaluate our newly selected Medical Representative Trainees.
We are launching a professional pharma field sales team and have selected B.Pharm Medical Representative Trainees. We need a serious, practical, hardworking pharma field professional who can train them from the basics and prepare them for real doctor calls, chemist visits, stockist discovery, field discipline, product detailing, daily reporting, and territory development.
This is not a motivational training role. We need a trainer with real pharma field experience who has personally handled doctor calls, chemist calls, stockist coordination, MR team management, and territory sales planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a 2-week practical MR grooming and training program
- Train B.Pharm trainees on pharma field sales fundamentals
- Teach professional doctor call process and clinic behaviour
- Train MRs on grooming, communication, confidence, and discipline
- Teach chemist mapping, stockist discovery, and competitor feedback collection
- Conduct role plays for doctor calls, chemist visits, and objection handling
- Train MRs on territory planning, daily route planning, and follow-up strategy
- Teach product detailing and scientific communication in a simple professional way
- Accompany trainees in the field for observation, correction, and confidence building
- Help create area-wise doctor, chemist, stockist, and competitor database
- Train MRs on daily reporting, field discipline, and performance tracking
- Evaluate each trainee honestly and identify strong and weak performers
- Submit final scorecard and ranking of all trainees after training

Required Experience:
- Minimum 7–10 years of pharma field sales experience
- Minimum 2–3 years as ASM / Area Sales Manager / Field Manager preferred
- Experience in managing or training Medical Representatives is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of doctor calls, chemist calls, stockist handling, and territory management
- Experience in branded-generic pharma sales preferred
- Previous experience with companies like Mankind, Alkem, Aristo, Cipla, Intas, Micro Labs, Macleods, Glenmark, Torrent, Abbott, Sun Pharma, Lupin, Dr. Reddy’s or similar pharma companies will be preferred

Trainer Deliverables:
At the end of the 2-week training, the trainer must submit:
- Attendance report
- Daily training summary
- Role-play performance report
- Field visit feedback
- Product knowledge score of each trainee
- Doctor communication score
- Chemist mapping score
- Stockist discovery score
- Grooming and discipline score
- Daily reporting quality score
- Strengths and weaknesses of each trainee
- Final ranking of all trainees
- Final recommendation: continue / train more / reject
