This is not a “post and pray” role. This is an authority-building role, and LinkedIn is your primary instrument.
We are hiring a Social Media Specialist to join us at our Cyberpark office, Calicut.
Before you apply: if your portfolio is a wall of follower-count screenshots with no story about who those followers are or what they did next, this role will frustrate you. We care about the quality of the room you build, not its size.
What this role demands:
The Authority Instinct: You understand that in B2B, credibility compounds and vanity evaporates. You’d rather grow slower with the right audience than fast with the wrong one. You can look at a piece of content and tell whether it builds trust or just chases a trend.
The Voice Range: You can write in our brand and leadership voice so naturally it never reads like marketing. You turn a sharp internal point of view into posts that sound exactly right, only clearer and more confident.
The Creative Knack: You have real branding instinct. You can take a dry, technical subject and find the angle, the visual, or the line that makes it land, without ever making it gimmicky. You make serious feel sharp, not boring.
The Editorial Standard: You would rather post nothing than post filler, and nothing imperfect gets past you. A weak hook, an off visual, a clumsy line. You catch it before it ships, because your eye for what’s not quite right is sharper than most people’s eye for what is.
The Strategic Ownership: You don’t wait for a content plan to land on your desk. You build it. You decide what we should be saying this quarter, why, and to whom. If engagement stalls, you don’t ask what to do. You arrive with a diagnosis and a new angle.
The Patience for the Long Game: You know B2B authority is a slow build, not a viral spike. You don’t panic over one quiet post. You read the trend line, not the data point.
The Mission Qualifications:
3+ years running social for B2B brands, with examples where you can point to the audience you built and why it mattered, not just the numbers.
Non-negotiable: hands-on experience driving LinkedIn growth for B2B companies. This is the heart of the role. If LinkedIn isn’t where you’ve done your best work, this isn’t your seat.
A strong command of brand and leadership voice. Writing thought leadership content that carries weight, not generic brand captions.
A working command of how LinkedIn actually rewards content in 2026: formats, the comments engine, document posts, hooks, and what gets reach killed. Lived, not read about.
Strong written English. B2B social lives or dies on the writing, and there’s nowhere to hide a weak sentence.
Background in technology or cybersecurity is a plus. If you don’t have it but you can learn a complex, technical domain fast, say that instead. Instagram is a secondary surface here. LinkedIn is the main stage.
