Delivering every project we have taken up since 2013, we are now on hyper scaling plan over the next five years. We are hiring a closer to drive this growth.
Role: Senior Sales Manager – Closing
You will own the final leg of our sales funnel, from qualified site visit to booking.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct office meetings and closing discussions with buyers in the ₹1.2 Cr to ₹2.25 Cr segment
- Own the visit-to-booking conversion number for your projects
- Handle price negotiations within a defined framework, with full transparency to management
- Build and manage channel partner relationships in West Pune
- Maintain the sales pipeline tracker with complete accuracy, every lead and follow-up in writing
- Coordinate with telecalling, site engineering and marketing so the customer experience stays seamless from ad to agreement
Requirements:
- 6 to 12 years in residential real estate sales, minimum 4 years in a closing role
- Proven bookings in ₹1.25 Cr plus ticket size, Pune market
- Fluent Marathi is mandatory. Our buyer closes in Marathi
- Redevelopment or CHS member sales experience is a strong plus
- Existing CP relationships in Kothrud, Karve Nagar, Erandwane is a strong plus
- Documentation discipline is non-negotiable. If your pipeline lives in your head, this is not the role for you
