Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and enhance the online presence of our brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies across platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for multiple brands to achieve business goals.
- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Oversee content strategy including social media posts, blogs, videos, emailers, and website updates.
- Manage SEO/SEM efforts to improve organic reach and rankings.
- Conduct market research & competitor analysis to refine brand positioning.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Collaborate with design, content, and video teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Build and nurture online communities to enhance customer engagement.
- Manage influencer & affiliate marketing collaborations.
- Monitor trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display, performance marketing).
- Knowledge of brand management strategies in the digital space.
- Proficiency with analytics & marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, HubSpot, Canva, etc.).
- Creative mindset with strong copywriting and content ideation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands/projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Pay: ₹9,420.04 - ₹25,000.00 per month
