Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments)
- Reconcile bank statements and ledgers regularly
2. Billing & Invoicing
- Prepare and manage sales invoices and purchase entries
- Ensure proper documentation for all transactions
- Track receivables and payables
3. GST Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
- Reconcile GST data and ensure compliance with regulations
- Handle GST-related queries and notices
4. TDS & Statutory Compliance
- Calculate and file TDS returns
- Ensure timely payment of statutory dues
- Maintain compliance with applicable tax laws
5. Income Tax & Audit Support
- Assist in Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation
- Provide support during internal and external audits
- Maintain records required for audit and compliance
6. Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist management with financial analysis and insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, or similar)
- Good understanding of MS Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
