We are looking for a young, energetic, and detail-oriented professional to handle office administration, vendor management, and e-commerce operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who stays calm, is patient, comfortable using technology, and can handle work smoothly even during busy times.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, vendors, and daily operations
- Handle data entry, MIS reporting, and documentation
- Manage inventory (e-commerce + office supplies) with proper tracking and reconciliation
- Handle vendor management and procurement:
- Coordinate and negotiate with vendors for best pricing
- Ensure timely procurement of products and office supplies
- Maintain vendor records and purchase tracking
- Manage order processing, dispatch, and delivery tracking across platforms
- Ensure timely packaging and smooth dispatch coordination
- Coordinate with logistics partners, vendors, and internal teams
- Handle customer queries and issue resolution
- Manage day-to-day office administration
Requirements
- Graduate (any field)
- 1–4 years experience in admin / e-commerce / operations role
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Good vendor negotiation and coordination ability
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and record management
- Proficiency in MS Excel & CRM/Inventory tools (Zoho preferred)
- Good with computers, internet, and can easily learn new software/tools
- Good communication skills

Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
Experience:
- Office Administration : 1 year (Preferred)
- E-Commerce Operations: 1 year (Preferred)
