Responsibilities
- Store & Yard Ops: Oversee receipt, unloading, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packaging, and spares using FIFO.
- Inventory Control: Conduct routine cycle counts and monthly stock audits in ERP (SAP/Oracle) to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintenance Support: Coordinate with plant engineers to maintain stock of critical spares and avoid operational downtime.
- Disposal & Safety: Manage scrap handling, weighbridge logs, gate passes, and enforce strict 5S and plant safety (HSE) norms.
- Team Supervision: Lead store helpers, forklift operators, and yard labor.
Requirements
- 4+ years managing plant stores, engineering spares, and bulk goods.
- Hands-on proficiency in ERP systems (SAP MM/Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Commerce, or Engineering.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
