Job Description: Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage projects in the web3 and DeFi space. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of project management experience, preferably with knowledge of fintech and trading product development cycles. Experience in a Project Management role for a web3 and/or DeFi protocol is a big plus. Certification in MI Body of Knowledge or PMP is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Manage stakeholders and communicate project progress.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
- Experience in web3 and/or DeFi protocols is a plus.
- Knowledge of fintech and trading product development cycles.
- Certification in MI Body of Knowledge or PMP is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
