Role Summary As our In-House Content Creator, you will be the creative eye behind our social media presence. You will help humanize our hospital by capturing the dedication of our staff, educating the community on public health, and creating authentic, engaging short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).
Key Responsibilities
- Ideation: Brainstorm daily and weekly video concepts that highlight hospital services, staff dedication, and public health tips.
- Production: Shoot and edit short-form, engaging video content.
- Collaboration: Work respectfully alongside doctors, nurses, and hospital administration to showcase "behind-the-scenes" workflows and conduct facility walkthroughs.
- Community Management: Engage with followers in the comments and monitor the performance of your published content to help guide our future marketing strategies.
What We Are Looking For
- A strong portfolio or social media profile showcasing your ability to shoot and edit short-form videos.
- Proficiency with mobile video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush).
- A deep understanding of current social media trends and audio.
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and a strict understanding of patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Note: You do not need to be an agency professional or have a massive personal following—we are looking for raw talent, creativity, and a great attitude!
