Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct and oversee statutory audits of banks, multinational companies, companies, and LLPs
- Manage tax audits, internal audits, and other compliance-related audits
- Handle RERA-related matters and other legal and regulatory work
- Prepare and review income tax returns for individuals, firms, companies, and trusts
- Provide tax planning, tax management, and advisory services
- Represent clients in appellate proceedings and handle litigation matters
- Lead, guide, and supervise team members to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
- Coordinate with clients and regulatory authorities as required
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Direct and Indirect Tax laws (Income Tax, GST, MVAT)
- Expertise in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits
- Experience in handling litigation and appellate proceedings
- Good understanding of RERA, ROC, and other regulatory compliances
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication and client-handling skills
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
