We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our growing pharmacy team. In this role, you will be a vital part of our healthcare community, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient medication dispensing while providing exceptional care and consultation to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Medication Safety: Review, verify, and dispense prescriptions accurately, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Patient Consultation: Provide clear counsel to patients regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage.
- Clinical Services: Administer immunizations and health screenings (if applicable) and conduct Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
- Inventory & Controls: Manage inventory levels, oversee the ordering of pharmaceuticals, and ensure proper storage of controlled substances.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and insurance providers to resolve prescription or authorization issues.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and interns to maintain an organized, efficient workflow.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: D.Pharm or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of tamilnadu (in good standing).
- Experience:2 years of experience in a [Retail / Hospital / Long-Term Care] pharmacy setting preferred (Open to new graduates!).
- Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, exceptional communication skills, proficiency with pharmacy software , and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Pay: ₹8,321.74 - ₹15,000.00 per month
