FutureTech Engineering LLP is an AS9100 Rev D certified CNC precision manufacturing company specializing in aerospace component manufacturing. We are looking for fresher VMC / CNC Machine Operators who want to build a long-term career in aerospace and precision machining.
Role Overview
We are hiring fresher candidates for VMC / CNC machine operation. Selected candidates will receive practical shop-floor exposure and training in operating CNC/VMC machines, handling precision components, following quality requirements, and working in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate VMC / CNC machines as per supervisor instructions
- Load and unload components safely
- Assist in machine setup and basic tool handling
- Follow engineering drawings and job instructions
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and production quality
- Follow shop-floor safety and housekeeping standards
- Coordinate with production and quality teams
- Report machine, tool, or component issues immediately
Required Qualification
- ITI / Diploma preferred
- Freshers can apply
- Basic understanding of CNC / VMC machines preferred
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings will be an advantage
- Willingness to work on the shop floor
- Discipline, punctuality, and attention to detail required
Preferred Skills
- Basic machining knowledge
- Basic measurement instrument knowledge
- Willingness to learn aerospace manufacturing standards
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good work discipline and safety awareness
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
