Role Overview
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive who will connect with boutique owners, retailers, and wholesalers to introduce our latest collections, generate leads, and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to boutiques, retailers, and wholesalers.
- Introduce and promote Fashion World Garments collections.
- Follow up with existing customers regarding new launches and orders.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer database and update call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer support.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Bengali preferred).
- Confident speaking and convincing ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM, etc.).
- Customer-friendly attitude.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage (Freshers can also apply).
Working Hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
