Tender Executive
Landchester Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Tender Executive to handle tender identification, documentation, submission, and follow-up for civil, infrastructure, and geotechnical projects.
Responsibilities:
- Search and identify relevant tenders.
- Review tender documents, BOQ and eligibility requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial submissions.
- Coordinate required documents and quotations.
- Submit tenders within deadlines.
- Track corrigendums, results and work orders.
- Maintain tender records and follow up with clients.
Requirements:
- Graduate / B.E. Civil preferred.
- 1–3 years of tendering experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and e-tendering portals.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
