Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Summary:
A Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. They inspect materials, processes, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company specifications and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming raw materials and components to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform in-process and final inspections of products
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Identify defects and non-conformities in products
- Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation
- Work with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards (e.g., ISO)
- Conduct audits and assist in continuous improvement initiatives
- Approve or reject finished goods based on inspection results
Preferred Skills
· Knowledge of GMP and quality standards (especially for cosmetic/pharma tubes).
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
