Key Responsibilities
- Floor "Rounding" & Quality Inspections of all sites: Conduct routine walk-throughs to evaluate cleanliness. Inspect rooms, corridors, and public areas using strict quality checklists.
- Staff Supervision & Task Allocation: Assign daily duties to room attendants and porters, adjusting assignments based on early check-ins, late check-outs, and VIP arrivals.
- Shift Briefings: Lead morning meetings to distribute workloads, review guest feedback, and reinforce hygiene and grooming standards.
- Training & Coaching: Provide ongoing on-the-job training for new hires and offer refresher training on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities. Conduct regular inventory audits and submit supply orders as required.
- Cross-Department Communication: Coordinate with the Front Office regarding room status and the Maintenance department to report and track repairs.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
