Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
- Eligibility Criteria:Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when required.

- Undergraduate and Graduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers and candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
