ROLE SUMMARY
Face of Ethniq in the field. Visits pharmacies, health stores, gyms, restaurants, and doctors on a daily route — placing
products, activating displays, collecting orders, monitoring sell-through, and building the brand store by store.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Execute a daily coverage plan of 15–20 outlets per day within assigned territory
– Drive product placement and visibility: display units placed, pamphlets stocked, shelf positioning maintained
– Take orders from retailers and submit daily to Trade Marketing Manager
– Monitor sell-through at each outlet — identify slow-moving stock, initiate consumer sampling, escalate issues
– Conduct in-store consumer activations: product demonstrations and sampling sessions
– Visit and onboard doctors — leave product samples, clinical detail aids, and brochures
– Collect customer testimonials and UGC from satisfied consumers
– Submit daily outlet visit log, order value, and field observations
REQUIREMENTS
– 3–5 years of field sales in pharma (MR), FMCG, OTC health, or D2C health brand offline distribution
– Strong relationship-building skills — able to build genuine rapport with pharmacists, store owners, and doctors
– Self-disciplined — able to manage a daily coverage plan independently
– Basic smartphone proficiency — reporting apps, WhatsApp for orders, GPS route tracking
– Knowledge of the pharmacy and retail landscape in the assigned city
– Convincing product communicator — able to explain what Ethniq does in 60 seconds to a sceptical retailer
– Physical stamina — daily outdoor field role
GOOD TO HAVE
– Existing pharmacist or doctor relationships in the territory
– Prior experience with Ayurvedic or nutraceutical product sales
– Two-wheeler ownership for efficient territory coverage
