We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused client relationship Manager/Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, addressing their concerns and identifying opportunities to expand business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Understand Client needs and propose suitable solutions or services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross selling company product/services.
- Gather client feedback and work on improving customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and agreements
- Stay updated with industry trends to better serve clients
- Handle client escalations and work towards timely resolution.
- Organize meetings, events or networking opportunities to strengthen client relationships
- Position: - Customer relationship Executive/Manager
- Educational Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate –Excellent in English
- Experience: 2 to 3 Yrs. (Freshers are also welcome with Excellent communication skills)
- Candidate should open to travel as and when required for business meetings, Client visits & events
- CTC: Rs.25,000 to 30,000 per month (Based on interview and Skills)
- Location of Candidate: Near by
- Working: Monday to Saturday (Saturday 2nd, 4th & Sunday off)
