Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and communicative individual to join our team as a Customer Support / Business Executive. The role involves handling customer interactions, providing assistance, and promoting our services through effective communication.
Responsibilities
✅ Attend customer inquiries and provide assistance
✅ Upsell and cross-sell services to potential clients
✅ Maintain customer relationships and ensure follow-ups
✅ Handle day-to-day office operations related to customer support
Qualifications
Minimum 12th grade pass (Higher education is a plus).
Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is beneficial but not mandatory.
Requirements
Good communication skills & fluency in English.
Confidence in handling customer queries.
Ability to persuade and convince customers effectively.
Eager to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
