Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to oversee the design coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for entertainment facilities and attractions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in executing MEP works, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently while meeting project timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise MEP installation activities across entertainment venues, attractions, and associated infrastructure.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and adherence to schedules.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and low-voltage systems.
- Identify technical issues during execution and implement practical solutions with minimal impact on project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety codes, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, BOQs, material approvals, and as-built drawings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in MEP execution, preferably in entertainment facilities, theme parks, hospitality, commercial buildings, or large public infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire fighting, and ELV systems.
- Experience in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting MEP systems.
