Junior Architect (1–3 Years Exp.)
We are looking for a skilled Junior Architect to join our creative team. This role focuses on transforming design concepts into technical realities through precise documentation and high-quality visualization.
Key Responsibilities:
CAD Drafting: Produce detailed construction drawings, sections, and permit sets using AutoCAD.
3D Modeling: Create immersive 3D models and renderings (SketchUp, Revit, or Rhino) for client presentations.
Collaboration: Work with senior staff to refine designs and coordinate with MEP/structural consultants.
Qualifications:
Education: B.Arch degree.
Skills: 1–3 years of firm experience with mastery in AutoCAD and 3D software (Lumion/V-Ray/Enscape).
Knowledge: Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction detailing.
