Designation: Area Business Executive / Medical Representative
Experience preferred: Medical devices / Pharma - Fresher or experience
Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve area business targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure effective product promotion and launch within the area.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, sales reports, and forecasts to senior management.
- Train, mentor, and provide guidance to the sales team in the assigned area to enhance performance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in all business operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, market dynamics, and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area to meet business demands.
