Deputy Manager - PPIC
Job Description
Deputy Manager - PPIC to manage and optimize production planning, inventory control, and supply chain processes to ensure efficient manufacturing and timely product delivery.
1.On time Availability of raw material and packaging material as per production Schedule.
2.Tracking the production Plan vs Actual on daily basis and maintaining clear Communication to project managers/ cross functional teams.
3.Tracking of despatches as per LOS to meet market demand.
4.Lead the sales & operation meeting in coordination of cross-functional department Review.
5.Coordination with TSD/ production for Equipment mapping for existing products, new projects & New RFP’s.
6.Preparation of Production budget phasing.
7.Optimize inventory levels according to business targets.
8.Consolidate and Review the materials requirement schedule on a monthly basis for Generics.
9.Consolidate and Review the materials requirement on a weekly basis for services.
10.Creation of purchase requisition as per requirement both generics & services.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Production Planning, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain Management within the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
- Proven experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP PP/MM).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is highly desirable.
