We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dimensional inspections using precision measurement tools.
- Verify material composition (MOC) through chemical and physical analysis.
- Conduct and interpret NDT tests as per applicable standards.
- Evaluate surface finish values to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain and verify calibration of measuring instruments and equipment.
- Possess sound knowledge of engineering materials and their properties.
- Conduct in-process (line) inspections during manufacturing stages.
- Review inspection reports and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and verify Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) reports before shipment.
