Job Description Manager Operations and Asst Manager.
1. Site Operations & Service Delivery
- Ensure daily operations of IFM services (Housekeeping, Security coordination, Technical support.) are delivered as per SOPs and SLAs.
- Conduct routine site inspections and audits to ensure quality standards.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and shift deployment of manpower.
- Ensure timely closure of client complaints and observations.
2. Client Coordination
- Act as point of contact for client representatives at site level.
- Attend client meetings, MOM discussions, and service review meetings.
- Implement corrective actions based on client feedback and audits.
- Support Operations Manager in client escalations and renewals.
3. Manpower Management
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training of site staff.
- Prepare and monitor duty rosters, leave plans, and replacements.
- Ensure discipline, grooming standards, and performance of supervisors and operatives.
- Handle minor grievances and escalate major issues to management.
4. Materials, Consumables & Assets
- Plan, raise indents, and control consumption of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment.
- Ensure proper usage, storage, and maintenance of machinery and tools.
- Maintain asset registers and material stock records at site.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure statutory compliance documents (PF, ESI, wages, attendance) are maintained at site.
- Support audits (client / internal) and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Maintain site documentation such as SOPs, checklists, training records, and MOMs.
6. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (attendance, quality, incidents, consumables, client feedback).
- Share site reports with Operations Manager / Senior Manager.
- Track KPIs such as SLA compliance, absenteeism, and complaint closure.
7. Safety & Quality
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for site staff.
- Report incidents/near-misses and support corrective and preventive actions.
