The Sales HR Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions for the retail sales workforce, including store managers, sales executives, promoters, and regional sales teams. Talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning, compliance.
- Manage bulk hiring for retail stores and sales teams.
- Develop recruitment strategies for frontline sales roles.
- Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new hires.
- Implement KPI-driven performance systems aligned with sales targets.
- Identify training needs for sales teams (product knowledge, customer service, upselling).
- Ensure statutory compliance as per labor laws.
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and HRIS accuracy.
- Track and report metrics: attrition, hiring TAT, sales productivity, absenteeism.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- 5–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in retail/sales HR
