Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in residential apartment construction. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality standards, monitoring project progress, coordinating with contractors, and completing the project within the scheduled timeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor daily site progress and maintain work schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project managers.
- Ensure proper quality control during RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
- Conduct material inspections and verify quality before use.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Check measurements and maintain site records.
- Identify site issues and resolve them promptly to avoid project delays.
- Coordinate with MEP teams for smooth execution of services.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of residential apartment construction.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and BOQ.
- Experience in quality inspection and site execution.
- Knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and construction methodologies.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to handle contractors and labour efficiently.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in residential apartment construction.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in handling G+3, G+5, or high-rise residential projects.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, and timely project completion.
Pay: ₹28,780.70 - ₹38,001.11 per month
