Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Investment Consultant to promote fractional real estate investment opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, educating investors about fractional ownership, conducting consultations, and converting prospects into investors.
Fractional investment allows multiple investors to own shares in high-value real estate assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify investor leads.
- Conduct consultations and investment presentations.
- Explain fractional ownership and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and close investment deals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain client data and sales records in CRM.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Knowledge of real estate or investment products.
- Client relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate
- Experience in Real Estate Sales, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, BFSI, or B2B/B2C Sales.
