Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle front office operations efficiently while providing administrative support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Administrative Assistant
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of office administration
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office Management
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the visitor register and issue visitor passes as required.
Administrative Support
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and parcels.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room bookings.
- Maintain office records, files, and documents.
- Assist various departments with administrative tasks when required.
Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding appointments and visitor requests.
- Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Ensure timely communication of important messages to employees and management.
Office Management
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment.
- Support office housekeeping and ensure a welcoming office environment.
- Assist in organizing company meetings and events.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
