About the Role
Inboon Media is looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, storytelling, pacing, and visual communication, with the ability to create engaging videos and motion graphics for digital and advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging motion graphics, promotional videos, social media reels, ads, and brand videos.
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Develop animations, transitions, typography, visual effects, and compositing.
- Understand creative briefs and convert concepts into visually appealing video content.
- Work closely with the creative, copywriting, and digital marketing teams.
- Create video content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Source, organize, and edit footage, images, audio, music, and other assets.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining high creative and technical quality.
- Adapt video content into different formats, aspect ratios, and platform specifications.
- Stay updated with current video, motion graphics, editing, and social media trends.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Good knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of motion design, animation, transitions, typography, and video editing.
- Good sense of timing, composition, colour, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Experience working in an advertising agency, creative agency, or digital marketing agency is preferred.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating motion graphics and video editing skills is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Vyttila, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
