Job Summary
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales through direct customer interaction in assigned territories. The role involves visiting customers, identifying sales opportunities, promoting products/services, achieving targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesField Sales Activities
- Visit customers, dealers, and business locations regularly.
- Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Conduct market visits and promotional activities.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Increase market coverage and customer base.
- Follow up on pending enquiries and payments.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Collect customer feedback and report to management.
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area.
Documentation & Reporting
- Submit daily visit reports and sales updates.
- Maintain records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with showroom/office team for smooth order processing.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building ability.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic computer and mobile app knowledge.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Qualification
- Plus Two / Degree preferred.
- Valid driving license preferred.
Experience
- 0–3 years in sales/marketing preferred.
- Freshers with passion for sales can apply.

Salary Range
