About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Leader to lead Executive Search and Leadership Hiring initiatives across domestic and global markets. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in hiring senior leadership professionals, including Directors, Vice Presidents, CEOs, CXOs, and other strategic leadership roles while simultaneously driving business growth through client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Search & Leadership Hiring
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership and executive-level positions across multiple industries.
- Manage searches for Director, VP, SVP, CEO, COO, CFO, CTO, CHRO, CMO, and other CXO-level roles.
- Develop and execute innovative executive search strategies to identify and attract top leadership talent.
- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, talent intelligence, and succession planning exercises.
- Build and maintain a strong network of senior professionals across industries and geographies.
- Assess candidates through competency-based interviews, leadership evaluations, and cultural fit assessments.
- Present detailed candidate reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Develop strategic partnerships with organizations seeking executive search and leadership hiring solutions.
- Expand the client portfolio through networking, referrals, market research, and relationship-building activities.
- Conduct business meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions with prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms, service agreements, and recruitment contracts.
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to senior business leaders and clients.
- Understand client business objectives, organizational structures, and leadership requirements.
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Ensure exceptional client experience through proactive communication and service delivery.
- Provide market insights, compensation benchmarking, and talent advisory services.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Board Members, CXOs, HR Leaders, and Business Heads.
- Manage expectations and communication throughout the executive hiring lifecycle.
- Facilitate offer negotiations, onboarding support, and post-placement engagement.
- Handle confidential and sensitive hiring mandates with professionalism and discretion.
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Design and implement executive hiring strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Develop talent pipelines for critical and niche leadership roles.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, executive search databases, referrals, networking forums, and industry associations.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, market trends, and hiring effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement in executive search methodologies and candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.
- Professional certifications in Executive Search, Talent Acquisition, HRBP, or Leadership Hiring will be an advantage.
Required Experience
- 10–15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or Leadership Hiring.
- Proven track record of successfully closing Director, VP, and CXO-level mandates.
- Experience working with executive search firms, recruitment consultancies, GCCs, or corporate talent acquisition teams.
- Exposure to domestic and international hiring assignments.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition.
