Handle inbound and outbound customer calls (approximately 80% of the role) as part of the voice
support process, assisting customers with KYC-related queries, documentation requirements, and
account opening procedures.
- Manage end-to-end KYC processing (approximately 20% of the role) for Current and Savings
Account openings, ensuring timely and accurate completion of customer onboarding activities.
- Verify customer documents for completeness, authenticity, and compliance with applicable
KYC/AML regulations and internal policies.
- Review and validate account opening forms, identification documents, address proofs, and other
supporting documents submitted by customers.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into banking and KYC systems while maintaining a high level
of data accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate with branch teams and front-office personnel to obtain missing information, resolve
discrepancies, and ensure smooth processing of customer applications.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers for pending documentation and support the seamless
completion of the account opening process.
Familiar with Gumasta Certification requirements, verification processes, and related
documentation will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
