Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting customers in selecting home appliances, driving showroom sales, delivering an excellent customer experience, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements
- Recommend suitable home appliances based on customer needs and budget
- Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Cross-sell and upsell complementary products and accessories
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom presentation
- Coordinate with inventory and store teams to ensure product availability
- Assist customers with billing, financing options, warranties, and after-sales services
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain CRM records and prepare daily sales reports

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Product demonstration and presentation skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate / HSC in any discipline
- 1–4 years of experience in retail sales or showroom sales
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in selling home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, televisions, kitchen appliances, or consumer electronics
- Experience with retail chains, electronics showrooms, or branded appliance stores
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
