Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Develop and run B2B and B2C marketing campaigns to promote drone kits and workshops.
- Manage day-to-day execution of marketing efforts across social media, email, WhatsApp, and offline activations.
- Coordinate with content, design, and product teams for timely roll-out of campaigns.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Plan, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Track and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta, and other platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements based on insights.
Partnerships & Outreach
- Identify and reach out to schools, coaching institutes, hobby centers, and STEM programs for collaborations.
- Create pitch decks and marketing collateral tailored to different audience segments.
- Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and workshops.
Branding & Communication
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all communication.
- Work on storytelling initiatives – case studies, testimonials, and video scripts.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand aesthetics and messaging.
Lead Generation & CRM
- Support lead generation through landing pages, forms, and engagement workflows.
- Maintain contact databases and follow up using CRM tools.
- Assist sales and BD teams with nurturing campaigns.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
